Sea Cove Sea Glass, Silver Stud Earrings

The glittering, gentle waves lap on the shore of the secret cove...

Depending on the light and just like the sea, these recycled silver, sea glass, stud earrings, change from soft blue to a lovely light green. 

Each earring features an individual piece of sea glass, that's been shaped naturally by the waves into small cove like triangles.  I've selected two pieces of sea glass from my collection that I've found on the beach.  The colours, just like the changing colours of the sea, are therefore not identical.

The Bluey Green coloured sea glass is set in recycled fine silver & sterling silver and is hand filed, hand sanded and hand polished to a high shine.  The sterling silver ear pins and butterfly backs keep the earrings secure and comfortable to wear.

As the sea glass has been shaped by the waves, the two earrings are not identical in size or colour.  At their widest, the earrings measures approx. 15mm.

Just like gemstones can have natural inclusions, sea glass that is shaped by the waves can have little rough, uneven worn edges or little chips missing. As long as there is no risk of damage to the wearer, I use the sea glass exactly as I found it on the beach.   Please visit my All out about sea glass section of FAQ for more information.
